You may return or exchange items within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags and protective covers).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Not Eligible For Returns/Exchanges:

  • Customized/personalized items (e.g., monogrammed bags).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout).


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us First: Email [returns@lirah.store] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the product to our warehouse (address provided) using a tracked shipping method.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • You Pay: Return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • International Customers: You’re responsible for customs/duties on returned items.


4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds go to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • Deductions: We may deduct costs for lost value if items are returned used or damaged.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • For size/color exchanges, email us first to confirm stock.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Final Notes

  • Returns without an RMA number or after 7 days will not be accepted.
